Refund policy
Because our items are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final unless noted below.
Eligibility
- If your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a replacement.
- If you item(s) are damaged, we’ll issue a store credit or replacement in the event that item is out of stock.
- Damage caused by user error isn’t eligible.
How to file a claim
- Submit a support ticket via our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery for items damaged on arrival (and within 30 days of purchase for material issues).
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Timing
- Approved replacements are processed within 5-10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Approved Store Credits are processed within 5 business days.
- Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.
